I'm trying to chamfer the top of this part but keep getting this error

Change your Bottom Height to "Selected Contours" with no additional offset.

The combination of your Bottom Height offset AND your Chamfer Tip Offset likely created a toolpath that collapsed in on itself, thus producing a failure.
