I have created a 3D chamfer for a part that already has the chamfer modelled. On the first side of my part the chamfer works perfectly chamfering the holes as well as the outside edge. Using the same step on the back side (copy paste) I get great chamfers on the holes but the outside is missed. When I simulate I see the chamfer leading along the edge, but when I run it on my Haas, no chamfers on the outside, just the center holes. What could be going on?
