Here is a link to my file

I don't have the correct chamfer tool to make this chamfer on a sleve, so I'm doing it with 3d path.   I want to only machine the chamfer on this sleve.   I can't stop the path from trying to machine the ID of the sleve.  How do I limit the path to only the chamfer surfaces slected, and Keep out of the ID of the sleve?

Adaptive is really an roughening operation.

So I would advise using 3D Contour for this.

Try setting the last (Adaptive1) Operation's Geometry> Machining Boundary to "Bounding box" and set Tool Containment to "Outside".  Since the inside has already been cleared,  Fusion360 should recognize that pre-cleared area and not go in there.  Right-Click Setup > Generate Toolpath.  This is working on my system - see enclosed file.
