3+2 Axis Swarf

Hi All,

Currently running my first 5-axis part with everything going smoothly till I started using the swarf option. In the CAM verification (gold) I will get little bumps on my surface finish, and the actual part. I've been messing with the options in swarf but nothing smooths out the surface. Any ideas to fix this? Using contour and contour pairs.

That's is a great question! I'm having the same issue Mr. Isom.  I would love to have an answer to this.

Thank you for your feedback. It's a kown issue with Swarf. You might get a better result by loosen the tolerance.
