2D Pocket Rest Machining Question with Radial Stock to Leave

Say I have a square pocket, measuring 1" x 1", and I first run a 2D Pocket on it with a 1/4" bit and a radial stock to leave of 1/16".

Now I want to run a 2nd 2D Pocket operation on the same pocket but with an 1/8" bit and the same radial stock to leave.

In Rest Machining, is the radial stock to leave for the current operation considered?  Or is it assumed by Rest Machining that the previous operation was run with zero stock to leave?

So in my example, should I put 0.25in in the Rest Machining Tool Diameter, or should I manually account for the stock to leave and use 0.25in + 2 x 1/16" = 0.375in?

Rest Machining in the 2D Pocket does not consider the Stock to Leave, so yes, you would need to bump up the Rest Tool Diameter to .375
