2D contour expected behaviour?

is there a reason its going to the Clearance Height, not Retract when retracting between the two passes?

Pretty sure it goes to retract height for different contours on the same height plane, when moving between different contour heights, it goes to the clearance plane.

Yeah, what @Laurens-3DTechDraw said. When there's multiple depth selections involved, this is the expected result.
