2D Chamfer not working

Hi folks,

I'm trying to chamfer the threaded hole but I'm not sure toolpath is getting generated. I've tried adjusting the parameters but it seems like a big or maybe I'm giving some wrong. I'm sharing the part link for your reference.

That's because you didn't create your Setup correctly. You never selected a model to machine, so Fusion consumed all models, including your Stock. As such, it could not reach that chamfer with your tool, since the Chamfer toolpath IS model aware.

Define your Setup correctly and you will get a toolpath:
