2D adaptive gives me empty tool path PLEASE HELP

When I try to apply 2D adaptive on the top of the shaft with radi on the corners of the shelf I get an empty tool path error, but when I try with out the radi on the corners it generates a tool path without a problem.

How do I get it to create a tool path with the radi selected?

Thanks in advanced

Odd issue, for sure. Might be a selection bug, might not be.

Workaround is to select the top profile as shown in this photo.

Change your bottom height to "Selection" and select the bottom face

I think it's a zero-geometry error of some sort. I went into the sketch and tried to create the fillet by sketching it out in Sketch 2 but it said a fillet couldn't be created. I had to create two 3-point arcs and make them tangent to the OD and the flat line which gave me the fillet geometry, but it still gave an empty toolpath unless I used the same workaround.
