2D adaptive Failing

My 2D adaptive is failing every time I run it. I need some help on it please. File attached.

The tool does not fit in the slot

 

Change optimal load to 0.01 and minimum cutting radius too 0.001 

 

Whenever you get this problem try with a tinny tool and if that works it will be the fit of the bigger tool, and yes the step over names is a bit different optimal load is the step over.

Using 2D pocketing instead of 2D adaptive solves this problem. I've attached the altered file. Hope it helps.
