Workflow Approval List

It would be smoking hot if when you select the Workflow State the Approvers and/or Final Approvers were listed on Top and the Cancel/ Reject list are on the Bottom.

99% of my users are always confused when they select the State of a Workflow and can't tell who are the approvers because they just simply didn't scroll far enough. its more of a training issue, but to me it seems like this is very odd that the Cancel and reject boxes are before the approvers in the States of a workflow.

The list is sorted nondeterministically today. Given the workflow map is totally configurable by virtue of selecting number and name of transitions, states and directions, for this request to be generically applicable to all possible permutations of WF maps across our entire user base, a generic approach is warranted. A simple stopgap approach is to consider sorting it deterministically by the transition ID, or more user friendly sort is alphabetically by transition name. A longer, more complex and more involved approach is to provide means for users or admins to influence the sort order as the WF map evolves with evolving business needs. I feel we can accommodate the former much easier (as we take into account other priorities) and make it predicable for your end-users to be trained once on the rule used throughout the team for all of your workflow maps, than enter discussions on a custom- or some other variant of sorting and manifesting the list in the UI. Thoughts on this are welcome,
