Warn users using Internet Explorer

Warn users using Internet Explorer

This needs to happen. FLC is not compatible with Internet Explorer. Fields are hidden and it doesn't work. Fine. I get it. But I still have users trying to use IE even though I've communicated and over communicated that they should be using Chrome. We need a warning message to appear and stay visible in FLC that IE is not supported. Make this happen Autodesk. Please!!!

This is a simple change. No reason this should be even up for discussion.

@giliar.defriesperez yes, IE11. The main issue is picklists fields on in items do not display at all. I give instructions for what to click on and the responses is always "I don't see it." Every screen share these users are using IE, switch to Chrome, Edge, Firefox... no issues. Chrome is our default corporate browser but lots of computers still are using IE as the default since not all applications have been converted yet.

Something similar to this is all we need: https://browser-update.org/#test-bu

@ThomasRambach ,

Thanks for the feedback. Understood, and I'm filing a ticket with the development and UX teams to look into this improvement.

I'll post here once I have more news.

Hi @ThomasRambach ,

We implemented a banner now visible to IE11 users with more information about the support plans.
