Viewing attachment details of historical versions

In the Attachments tab I can add a Description when uploading a new file.  That file can then be checked out and when checked back in a new Description can be entered.  I like to use the Description field as a comments field to give some context to the particular version of the file being uploaded.

To view previous versions of the file I then click on the History button.  However, the only details available are Version #, File Name, Date, and User.  I would like to also have the ability to see the Descriptions of the previous versions.

The requested functionality has been implemented. When viewing history of an attachment, description field is available.
