it would be nice if the workflow actions tab would automatically tell you how long a record has been in each state. you can tell who has the action, but it would also be great if it will tell you that it's been in that state for x number of days too. instead of using milestones just have a counter next to the state or when selecting the state display the number (screen shot attached)
