As administrators of the change process, we struggle today by setting up action notifications.
Action notifications cannot be defined in templates, so they have to be set case by case. It would be great to have some "subscribe to" option for users to subscribe to events.
- One option would be to make it possible for people to subscribe to change, similiar like adding a bookmark.
- Another option would be the to allow users to subscribe to predefined notification groups "Notification group EMEA", "All Notifications" etc. and allow definition of those groups in change approval templates.
