Show/Hide Sections with pre-conditions

We absolutely need the ability to show or hide record sections based on a pre-condition script.

Please add the following functionality.

This is a big gap in how FLC works without being able to adjust data entry during the process duration. 

• User A submits record
• User B should be able to add extra information without ability to edit User A's input fields.
• User A should not be able to edit data after submit.

I would like something like a condition script (a new type of script) that is passed an associative array of workspace sections and fields, at the time item details are displayed.

The script's responsibility would be to populate (by reference) the values of the map, to indicate for each field / section Show? Read-only? Editable? The results would affect the contents of the page being displayed.

This would be great for configurable forms, conditional fields/sections, and an alternative approach to Classification.

The script could also be applied to other tabs, to indicate restrictions on attachment permissions etc, as the attachment tab is displayed.
