Script Error Log improvement

Current Scenario: A script fails and dmsid of the item is recorded in the dmsid column of the error log.

Problem: There is no easy way to get to the item that failed using the dmsid.

Idea: Log the dmsid and make it a hyperlink, which will point to the item that failed.
