It would be helpful if the Change Log captured fields populated at the time of Creation.
Currently, when an item is created, there is a single line in the Change Log that represents all values populated at the time of creation. This single line does not include any detail as to which fields were populated. [see screenshot]
Any changes made to the record after creation are captured in the Change Log.
I submit the Change Log to be updated to include all details regarding a record from the time of creation.
