Reports - Greater Than or Equal To -- Less Than or Equal To

For Fusion Lifecycle Reports, the filters for integer values and dates are missing filters where the value can be "greater than or equal to" or "less than or equal to". Currently if you want to have a filter for a date range, you have to pick the date -1 from the actual date you care about. Same with integer values.

Please add this ability to filter.

Thanks for this idea, I'm tracking it in our requests for more operators and fields in Reports.

I would like to leave it a bit more in Gathering Support state to gauge more votes.
