Replace option in BOM

Hi,

There should be a REPLACE button in the BOM where we are just replacing Part A with a PART B given the item type/Commodity code and Quantity is same for the part being replaced.

As today first the part going out has to be deleted manually and the new part has to be added manually .

Also it messes up the order in which the parts appear in BOM as the newly added parts is always added towards the bottom.

good Idea! one of my users submitted an Idea simalar to this one that was mark for Future consideration. just incase you add a comment to his as well!

Hi Pnigam,

We are constantly looking to improve and enhance our BOM tab and related features.

In the past we have similar idea and request on the Idea Station. 

I will add this to our future enhancement list and take into consideration the numerous requests and the number of votes.
