Multi Select Picklist Search Functionality

Can a search function be added to multi select picklists? We have several instances where this type of picklist contains hundreds of records. The only way to currently "search" is to quickly type the first few letters of the record then spend some more time scrolling until the corrct record is found. A search function would be a useful aid.

Hi and yes, this is something we are actively working on. Please evaluate NextPLM's user interface as the improvement would be first visible in there : all picklist types would be equipped with a quick-search filter to locate the record(s) of choice.
