Refresh-derived fields Admin Feature Inconsistent

Refresh-derived fields admin action does not consistently work for all workspaces. This admin feature will consistently fail in larger client workspaces with an unknown error. See the attached graphic for the error encountered. When the refresh-derived fields admin action does not work, we need to reach out to Autodesk to refresh the fields for us, and it generally takes days, if not weeks, for the refresh to be completed. Admin tools, when given, should work consistently, and if they have limitations, the limitation should be clearly stated and known by all that would use them.

Yes we have the same issue

We also have problems with the purging of workspaces.

When we ask Autodesk to investigate there are no reasons given from their logs.

These tasks need to be back office operations not actioned directly.

I will write to the Product owner to see if any effort is going in to resolving these issues.
