In the workflow, with Escalation it could be possible to define a type either to Escalate using permission(s) or to Run a script but this option is not available in Reminder Notifications so that we can receive only standard e-mail (which are not enough customizable).
As we can create custom e-mails through scripts or we can want other possibilities (come back to previous state....), it should be welcome to extend this possibility in Reminder e-mail...
