Populate Last Run On date on Import projects which are failed.
Currently the import projects are configured to set Last Run On date on them when get successfully imported/run. But, the Last Run On date is not getting populated for the import projects which are failed to import. Capturing Last Run On date on failed import project is also informative to users.
