When going to the Dashboard, My Outstanding work Icon must be selected in order for the Dashboard to be refreshed. Besides the issue of the refresh taking forever, you should not have to refresh it manually when moving from root menus (Main Menu, Reports, Tools, Admin. etc.) it should automatically refresh when moving from any one of the root locations and any of their subs.
This causes issues with users not knowing if their "to do" list of outstanding work is up to date or not. It should act like any of the other screens/segments of a screen. Automatically updating when moving to or from.
This should include all types of outstanding work, i.e. Change Orders. Change Request,. etc.
