Parameter List Improvements

Just a few feature requests to improve UX working with the parameters list of a project.

1. Ability to reorder User Parameters
2. Option to keep all columns auto-sized according to their content without having to manually resize constantly. (Sizing each column is tedious, and resizing the window undoes that resizing on all columns).
3. Add icons indicating each entity type in the "Model Parameters" list. The same icons for the timeline, Eg. component, joint, extrusion, sketch, etc.
4. Ability to redefine unit type after making a user parameter.

Side note, these are requests for the Fusion 360 application. I see there's only an ideas board for "Fusion 360 Manage", but this is what the main Fusion 360 board specified for submitting ideas.
