Need for a setting to change time format

We should have a setting for changing the time format from 12h (am/pm) to 24h format.

All time stamps in F360M are currently in am/pm, but just about every country (thus most prospective customers) in the world uses 24h clock.

Yes, that would be useful. 
Also the default date Format MM/DD/YYYY makes no sense except for the US. Some settings are very US-centric.
