It would be really helpful to have an optional additional column in "My Outstanding Work" for notes or comments.
An example of how this would be used is if I have already gone in and entered some of the data for an item but I can not yet transition it because I'm waiting on something else. I could add a note to myself so that when I log back into the system next time I can see why this is still outstanding without having to click through to it each time and review. This is especially helpful when there are many items in my outstanding work because it's hard to tell which one's are newly added also, if it's got no note next to it I would be able to guess I haven't worked on it yet.
