Multi Line Text on Workflow Transitions
Some workflow transitions can have rather lengthy transition names (see below). If these workflow transition names could be made to be multi-line, we could reduce the size of workflows and make them more aesthetically pleasing and easier for customers to read.
The internal.uppercase name should remain as-is, we only require the friendly name to change..
Transition name appears in the picklist and in email notifications too. For those, perhaps multi line would appear odd.

Allow carriage returns in the transition DESCRIPTION (in editor)
In the same dialog please add a checkbox "use Description in map/workflow tab" (instead of Name)
This way, we can have a short name in the picklist, and a multi line in the map.
Perhaps also a left,middle, right, alignment choice. ? But not the whole rich text thing, or as implementers we will struggle with cross browser weirdnesses.
