Money field formatting according to local standard

We need to have ability to format money type of data according to local standard.

For example to achieve format: 1 000 000,00 not only  1,000,000.00.

It can be taken from Windows settings or set-up manually in General Settings:

1. Decimal separator

2. Thousand separator
