Make Workflow editor more user friendly

The current behaviour of the Workflow editor is not at all user friendly.

I have been requested by many stake holders that they want to see different shapes for different tasks in the workflow or may be using a different colored boxes.

Also whenever there is a transitions that is going vertical and the transition name is long we should get an option to Rotate the Transition name

so that the workflow in itself looks cleaner,

Also carrying / copying the workflow from one tenant to another tenant is not possible .

Generally you start working on a new Workspace / workflow in your Training/Preview tenant before moving them to production.

But to move the workflow , it is purely manual and quite pain staking.

if all these changes are made, it will be a big relief to the PLM360 Admins who manage the tenants.

I disagree with the rotation of the transition text.

Instead, I would rather see the text on multiple lines.

I am happy to see so many wonderful ideas/requests with this post.

They are all interesting requests that will be very beneficial to many users.

We will be sure to add all these ideas to our future enhancement list.

We will work on getting theses ideas in our future release.
