Currently adding a row in the middle of a matrix is a very cumbersome endeavor. You have to drag down any rows you want under it to create some room. You can only add a blank space at the bottom. We should be able to insert a row or column exactly where we want it. If that's not possible how about selecting all rows and columns you want to move instead of having to drag them one at a time.
