In the past, mail addresses were used as Autodesk ID ([email protected]). For new users, this seems to be prohibited now, the Autodesk ID is rather cryptical (Doe.j8KCNZ).
In mail notifications, Fusion Manage is using the name of the person who initiated the state transition along with the Autodesk ID, see below. It would help much for internal communication, if the mail address would be used instead of the Autodesk ID. If you have 3 John Does in a large company, it is impossible to tell by the AutodeskID, which one sent you a task.
