Currently it is not possible to create new projects in a Fusion Team hub via the Data Management API of Forge.
However we got the information that this is possible via an unofficial API for Fusion Team. We would like to have that unofficial API officially released or the feature added to the Data Management API. This will help a lot to better automate our hub/project management for the collaboration via Fusion Team.
