Drag and drop attachments to tab without it being open

It would be a tiny but useful time saver to be able to drag an attachment directly on to the tab, without having to open the tab itself.

Or, as there's only one attachments tab per workspace, why not allow attachments to be dragged and dropped anywhere on the workspace and have them go directly to the attachment tab?

Hear Hear,

Most of the attachements I get that I need to store in my workspaces come from my email there for it is a multi step process (drag file out of email to desktop or other folder, drag file to browser icon on task bar to bring up the PLM screen - drop file on the attachement upload spot) for which you need to make sure your screens are set-up and open for in advace of the final drag and drop - if the attachement tab is not active when you start you have to abort or accidentially drop the file some where else.
