Disabled Users on Items

When user leaves the company, we disable them in FLC. This causes issues on items where the username was picked from "Users, All in System" as it removes their name from the dropdown and leaves the field blank. This causes numerous issues from a  quality standpoint and data management. We want these records to remain as-is and show the username. 

I would like for disabled users to lose the ability to login but not remove the username from historical records. This is important and needs to be fixed.

We actually have a feature undergoing testing that displays usernames with an appended "(DELETED)" or "(INACTIVE)" tag, but there are some considerations when using it, and it's configurable by the admin, but it comes with some limitations. If you would like to test it, file a support case and send me the # via Direct Message here in the forums so I can expedite it with the Support team.
