A very useful functionality that Oracle EBS and Agile systems currently provide is the ability to have pool views / dashboards of current jobs or outstanding work actions in different workspace (i.e.: Change Requests, Orders, Tasks, etc.) and filtered according to Workflow State, or Department (i.e.: Drafting, Engineering, etc.).. Similar functionalities can be found in the UX extensions from Sven Dickmans and Chrome extensions, but ideally this should be be a build-in functionality and these pool views should be created & distributed by Admins and/or can be customized by end users to produce their own pool views according to requirements.
