Change Log - Entries for "On-Demand" script triggers

When a user triggers an on-demand script on a workspace record, there is currently no way to tell if that action has been performed or not. Of course you can see any changes that the script did to the item in the Change Log, but it does display it as "Edit Item", so it's not possible to separate user-edits from "on-demand-scripts-edits" by looking at the Change Log.

It would be perfect if we could get a clear entry in the Change Log that tells us when On-Demand scripts has been run. Something like this:
