Attachments to workflow state level

For a small workflow, i dont mind having all the attachments at the whole workflow level. However for something like a New Product Implementation, the workflows can be huge with approvals and supporting documentation required at many levels.

It would be a destinct advantage to be able to also put attachments at a state level so that - when reviewing that state - E.g Product Compliance - I can see the evidence there for easy review, apprival, internal and external audit purposes

It's always geat to see new Ideas and Requests about this feature.
