Allow setting a default value for BOM Unit of Measure fields

When a field of type Unit of Measure is set up, there is no option to define a default selection. Please add this functionality.

The picklist order follows the UOM Manager order and there is no way to sort this.

To add to this - today, the first value in the Unit of Measure list shows as the default value for the field. If it could allow us to select a specific value as the default value or default to blank, that would be preferable.

I currently have a client with this same need. I agree with having the ability to select a specific value or defaulting to blank would be a value-add for my client.

Our company would find this ability very useful, as of now, when someone enters this in and doesn't have to change the value we have several mistakes that cause a part to measured in mm be entered in as meters and have to correct the whole process.

This is a critical field, default setting can cause issues, if the end user forgets to change this to the correct setting, default as blank would be our option
