Allow full size image preview from image thumbnail in attachments tab

It would be nice to be able to click on an image thumbnail in the attachments tab to show a full size preview

This would eliminate the need to download the image to fully view it.

Maybe this could work for previewing other file types.

This has been raised previously but not on its own, so it's unclear whether it was an accepted suggestion.

This is one of the top topics/pains for our organization.  We must download 90% of the files we have in order to view.  Either the PDF files size is too large or the file type is unsupported by the view/presentation mode.
