In the current FLC system I don't see an option to download the change log of an item. As an admin I need to look into the change log frequently to thoroughly understand the root cause of the issues brought to my notice by various users. It's quite difficult to switch through various pages (especially when there are over 100+ change events logged) in the Change Log tab to get to the right information.
Having an option to export the change log of an item would ease the job of admins and other users, which gives an option to search through the log once exported.
Hi, i believe there is a v1 API get call to pull the info in xml type and auto-parse and format the data via excel open of the same. Take a look at the v1 wadl whose link is documented in the getting started online v1 api reference help. Martin
Arena allows export of Logs for SOX, which is important for public traded company's... why autodesk doesn't (without requiring some API specialist for it)?
