03.25.2026 Update - Managed Items Column Saving

The new update to the managed item tab just rolled out yesterday. So far it's been a huge hit with our users! Love the addition of adding word wrap to paragraphs so we  can see the whole thing on longer additions. 

One pain point though. So they added the ability to filter and customize your view to only include the columns you want. This is great, however it doesn't seem to save if I change items, refresh, close/re-open, etc. Not sure if this is a bug that'll get fixed but I think it should save between items.

Also, random note on the manage items tab. It added Lifecycle, Effectivity, From, and To fields and I can't get rid of them. Was trying to just filter them out, but it doesn't save.

In addition to saving column configurations, I would like the option as an admin to choose which columns are displayed by default.  We have several workspaces that use managed items, but not for true revisioning purposes (Like a Change Request that feeds a Change Order), so the new functionality has now displayed columns that are not relevant for every workspace.  This has caused a lot of confusion for users.
