Workflow Map

 Hi there

I would like to save a copy of my workflow map into a word document. I know I can copy my workflow map, but I have hidden arrows that I do not want to see in my copy. Is there a way to copy the workflow map as it would be seen in the workspace?

Hello,

Are you just looking to copy the image of the workflow from the workspace to a Word document? 

If so you could just use the Snipping Tool in Windows or something like Snagit to capture the image of the workflow and copy it to Word.

Yes I am looking to just copy it in Word, but the workflow map is quite large and does not fit on the page when I open up the workspace, so the snipping tool does not work. When I zoom out to where all of it fits on the page, you can no longer read what is on the workflow map. Is there any other way?

In Word you can click on the image and then drag the edges to enlarge the size.

Since it is so large, it is blurry and you cannot see the words on the workflow map. There is no way to some how preview it without the hidden lines or download it?

Looks like if you click in the workflow window and use the key stroke "CTRL C" and then paste it into Word, it copies a little larger.

It is still blurry, but that's okay. I will keep looking into different things. I just thought maybe there was a way to preview the workflow within the system without the hidden arrows. Thanks for your suggestions!
