I have a workspace which was initially setup as a Basic Workspace and populated with about 400 items. I have a need to have a daily escalation setup, so I change the type to Basic Workspace with workflow.
After changing this to a Basic Workspace with workflow, I am finding that the original items do not have any kind of Workflow State assigned, and item.descriptor.workflowState on the item returns null.
Is there a way to set a workflow state to these items aside from archiving them and recreating?
