Scripting Access to Attachment Links

Is there any way to capture the file link(s) of the current attachment(s)?

Something like: item.attachments[i].fileHyperlink

A specific version of an attachment in a basic w/ workflow workspace will be related to a specific revision of an item in a revision controlled workspace. I need a way to capture that and relate those. (The attachment cannot be put in the revision controlled workspace, though. That has been considered.)

Greetings,
I believe you can get the fileName, fileStatus, and fileVersion among other things from the item.attachments[i] object and track the relationships this way.

Hi,

There is a "hidden" attribute that will help you achieve what you want: fileID

You can see this similar post for code: http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/plm-360-general-discussion/scripting-access-to-attachment-links/m-p/62...
