I count on blowing out 12 reports from workspaces every Friday to provide a sorted listing of projects by priority to guide engineering on projects to complete in the following week. Some merging of the reports and sorting is done to achieve this.
I've notice in the last few weeks I can't count on them to give me the Workflow State or Current State correctly.
In the pic attached, I show the record number from the workspace, the Workflow State and Current state and related ECO's listed in the Tasks & Associated Workflows tab. Those ECO's, CAR's and Tasks are shown in the correct workflow state. 4 of the 8 I exported from the reports are NOT correct.
