It happened when you have access to any workspace.
Ask to your FLC administrator to add you in a group which contains a role (specific to a workspace) with the permission "View Items" in the "Workspace" section (see attachment "Permission.png").
To see a workspace, the permission "View Items" is the minimum permission that the administrator can allow. But this permission lets you see only your own item (you are the owner). If you want to see all the items (not only the items created by you), the permission "View Records Owned by Others" must be added.
