Excel Reports not Running

Hi,

After the update over the weekend when I now run a report to export to Excel it is blank. I have tested this across multiple browsers on multiple reports.

The HTML report works fine.

Hi,

I desperately need an update regarding the excel reporting function in Datastay . There is no sorting feature available in the HTML format, and therefore I can’t distribute deficiency reports to applicable trades.

I can’t afford to fall behind another day, please advise.

Just received an update that a hot fix is in plan for tonight that will restore functionality to excel reports.

Hi All,

Sorry about the mix up, there were a few last minute things they wanted added and QnA’ed before the patch was released.  We are hoping to have this released soon, but I will keep updating as things progress.

I am Happy to announce that the patch has been deployed and exporting to Excel is now working properly.
