The "Fusion 360 Manage Forum" and "Fusion 360 Manage Ideas" forums are littered with posts from users relating to other Autodesk software, especially "Fusion 360".

This makes for a poor user experience of both Fusion 360 Manage forums and must have an adverse effect on engagement, also with the likelihood that posts to the wrong forums are less likely to be responded to so no one wins.

Forum moderation does not appear to make any attempt to move posts to more relevant forums, if this is even possible, as posts about other software are visible for weeks after posting.

Can the Autodesk forums team please advise on this?

We do try to moderate the forums and ensure that wayward posts are send to their appropriate designations.

I did cleanup a considerable number today from Fusion 360 Manage forum as well as idea board.

With regard to the Ideas forum, the last posts to be marked as Implemented or Under Review were from a year ago, and the last ideas to be marked as Accepted or Future Consideration were from over 3 years ago.

I know for sure that feature requests and bug reports are much more responsively handled using the Support Case system rather than the forum, and the numbers below bear this out:

How up to date would you say these statuses actually are? And is there still value to customers to post feature requests in the Ideas forum?
