Actions Notifications - Limit Group Selection

We have been using Actions Notifications Tab in our Change Request workspace.  Can we limit the Groups to Notify on Workflow Action that a user can select?  Thank you.

Instead of listing the groups in a multi-value list, we could create a workspace whose items synchronize with Groups.  Then, we can make the Multi-Value list point to a filtered list of workspace items.

On engagements, we have created "people" workspaces to synchronize with Users (as an alternative to using the ALL USERS picklist).  I'm suggesting something similar with groups.

Does this make sense?

Yes, I think your proposed solution to groups would meet my needs. I have already created "People" workspaces to get around the Users - ALL picklist problem. Thank you.
